To offer an alternative to hands-on training on visual merchandising, Nespresso asked us to develop an engaging, playful e-Learning module for employees of the boutiques.
We decided to take the learner into a gamified experience, where the learner plays the role of a Visual Merchandising Champion. He is confronted with situations whose complexity is growing. His decisions influence the daily business performance of a store.
