Since 2019, the canton of Neuch\u00e2tel has put electric vehicles on the road for its services. We have created a concise and attractive e-learning module to help future electric vehicle drivers get behind the wheel with confidence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The module is divided into short sections, each of which addresses user concerns. Video sketches show situations that could be experienced with a touch of humour. Gamification elements add an extra dimension of fun.<\/p>

For eSkills, this project is an opportunity to contribute to the canton’s energy transition and to anchor its desire to develop digital training projects on sustainability issues.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cette motorisation vient avec son lot de questions. Comment rassurer les utilisateurs et donner toutes ces chances \u00e0 cet investissement de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire et d\u00e9centralis\u00e9 ? Formation et communication : pas si simple !<\/i>
Partant du fait que nous n\u2019avons ni les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires, ni le temps pour cr\u00e9er un module d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la voiture \u00e9lectrique, nous avons recherch\u00e9 un partenaire qui saurait nous comprendre et transcrire nos besoins.<\/i>
Au premier abord, le contact avec eSkills nous a paru presque trop simple pour \u00eatre efficace. Mais le r\u00e9sultat est l\u00e0, et m\u00eame mieux que dans nos r\u00eaves. Les feedbacks sont excellents. Le module est ludique, attrayant et presque addictif. Les participants ont du plaisir \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter le module, ils sont presque d\u00e9\u00e7us que cela ne dure que 20 minutes !<\/i>
C\u00f4t\u00e9 implication, 3 heures d\u2019atelier et un investissement d\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019une trentaine d\u2019heures pour le tournage et la recherche de t\u00e9moignages ont suffi pour d\u00e9ployer en quatre mois un module de tr\u00e8s bonne qualit\u00e9, facile \u00e0 installer et simple \u00e0 utiliser.”
