Microlearning

Microlearning is like the snack of training.

Feeling peckish? Have a nugget! Each nugget is a short module of less than 5 minutes, dealing with a single concept.

These small modules can be accessed from any device, anywhere and at any time.

Taken together, they do not always constitute a structured training course, since it is not compulsory to take all of the modules. It is instead led by the learner’s needs and will.

This type of training is particularly useful in a situation where the learner has an immediate need to be able to complete a task.

For example, if a digital tool or procedure changes, or there is a need for sales support to answer questions about a new product.
